PTC Boosts with Chiron IT

When PTC, a global biopharmaceutical company, faced growing challenges with legacy systems and processes, Chiron IT stepped in to drive a full-scale digital transformation. The project involved migrating outdated InfoPath and SharePoint Designer workflows to the Microsoft Power Platform, and implementing secure digital forms to handle sensitive customer data. Thanks to this transformation: • IT support requests dropped by 40 % due to self-service tools and automation. • The processing time for customer feedback was accelerated by 3×. • Internally, 90 % of users reported positive feedback on usability and performance. • The inclusion of ChatBot + CoPilot allowed 24/7 assistance, relieving pressure on service desks and improving user satisfaction. The solution portfolio included Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, SharePoint, Office 365, and secure identity and access controls.
