New API in Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) and Virtual Machine Scale Sets (VMSS)
Microsoft has announced a public preview of a new API for faster, simpler disk management in Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) and Virtual Machine Scale Sets (VMSS).
This API streamlines the process of attaching and detaching multiple disks by reducing the number of API calls and input parameters. It also has separate throttling limits, making it more efficient for managing disk resources in the cloud.
This feature is available as a RESTful endpoint for easier integration.
