By leveraging Microsoft products such as SharePoint and Azure, we developed a custom solution that provided EY employees with a user-friendly web dashboard and Outlook integration to easily book meeting rooms and request additional services. The technical implementation involved utilizing SharePoint Online, Angular, and SPFX on the front end, and Azure, Azure SQL database, Exchange, and third-party cloud services on the backend to create a seamless and efficient meeting management experience.
Modern Meeting Experience solution for the global EY office with cloud apps integration
Chiron’s team partnered with EY to successfully implement an internal Modern Meeting Experience solution. Over the course of one and a half years, we worked closely with EY’s internal business and IT teams from the USA, Europe, and Asia, as well as the Microsoft team from the UK. Together, we developed a fully functional solution on the SharePoint online environment that catered to the needs of the global EY office. The solution was successfully deployed across multiple countries and offices, enabling EY to enhance their meeting experiences and improve collaboration on a global scale.
